information

The Peralta family has a long history of growing coffee, dating back to the early 20th century. However, it wasn't until 2008 that brothers Julio and Octavio started focusing on producing unique specialty preparations at their farm, Finca El Bosque. Located in San Fernando, Nueva Segovia, the 42ha farm is known for producing single-varietal, single-plot microlots using a raised bed natural process with extended anaerobic cherry fermentation. The Peraltas are dedicated to innovation in the specialty coffee industry and are known for their carefully controlled extended fermentations and single plot, single varietal separations.

The farm is located in the mountains of the region and has become a leader in the production of high-quality coffee.
